LIMITED TRAILER/PRODUCT WARRANTY

Dream Coach warrants its products to be
free from defects in materials and workmanship concerning
the components, materials, and parts utilized in the
construction of this Dream Coach product for a period of 24
months commencing with the original stated warranty
registration form & the product's stated purchase date,
along with a corresponding matching date on a copy of the
original Bill of Sale/Invoice. A copy of this product's Bill
of Sale must accompany the warranty registration form, and
be completed in full & forwarded to Dream Coach Trailers,
L.L.C. at the time the purchaser(s) takes delivery for this
warranty to be valid & enforceable. A seventy two (72) month
frame rail & understructure warranty will apply to this
product's main upper & lower frame railings and
understructure. The seventy (72) month portion of this
warranty does not include axles, axle components, tires,
and/or wheels.
Any portion of the above stated warranty is null & void if
the product is exposed to overloading above and beyond the
product's stated cargo load weight limitation/restriction
capabilities or if stresses to this product exceed the
capabilities of the product's materials, parts, or
components specific design usages or their original intended
usage during this product's normal use.
This product's warranty will be as stated providing that the
below listed conditions & obligations are met & satisfied by
both the selling Dream Coach Trailers, L.L.C. Dealership &
the purchaser/end-user of this specific stated Dream Coach
product.
The attached warranty registration form along with the above
requested copy of this Product's Bill of Sale/Invoice must
be completed and returned within 10 business days of this
Product's delivery/sale date to:

These required documents MUST be filed within 10 business
days of the sale date to validate this Product's stated
warranty coverage! If the Product's warranty is not filed
within the above stipulated time period with the proper
requested registration documents, then this specific stated
Product will have a Limited one (1) year warranty on the
entire Product from a verifiable date of this Product's
original sale date.
The seventy two (72) month portion of this warranty covers
specific areas, items, parts and components of this specific
product's frame assembly only! The specific components for
this portion of the warranty consist of the product's lower
side main frame railings, floor cross members, sidewall
extrusions, upper roof rail extrusions, and the axles'
sub-frame trolley assembly. All other parts and components
built or installed by Dream Coach Trailers, L.L.C. and
attached to this product, such as doors, partitions, gates,
hinges, and any other parts, attachments, or optional
equipment/features will be warranted for a period of 24
months from this products original sale date.
The following items are exceptions to this warranty and are
in NO way covered under the terms & conditions of this
stated warranty agreement; Glass, windows, lights, light
bulbs, padding and certain electrical components. Contact
Dream Coach Trailers, L.L.C. for specific details on this
product's exception items.
Normal wear items are not subject to any replacement
conditions under this product's warranty due to their usage
wear. These items include, but are not limited to, such
parts and components as rubber products, vinyl or foam
padding, wheels, axle bearings, brake shoes, brake linings,
or any other axle, wheel or brake parts or components. This
product's axle spindles and axle cross beam tubing are
covered under a separate specific axle manufacture's
warranty that is enclosed and attached within this specific
product's warranty documents package.
Dream Coach Trailers, L.L.C. will not be responsible for any
damages caused by negligence or abuse, misuse, or
misapplication of this product's specific parts or
components. Dream Coach Trailer, L.L.C. is in NO way
responsible or under any obligation to any portion of this
warranty on any Dream Coach Product if that Vehicle's
Identification numbers have been altered, defaced, or
removed from the specific Dream Coach product.
Dream Coach Products covered by this warranty have been
designed and engineered to be pulled with light to mid-duty
series tow vehicles. Dream Coach Products being towed by or
with larger series tow vehicles must be specifically
designed, and engineered, and ordered so that all involved
parties are aware a larger (heavy duty) series tow vehicle
is going to be utilized to tow this Dream Coach product. If
Dream Coach Trailers, L.L.C. is not notified in writing and
in advance of the product's construction, by a Dealer's
representative or the purchasing client, of the intended
usage of this Dream Coach product being towed with a large
(heavy duty) series tow vehicle and allow Dream Coach
Trailers, L.L.C to properly engineer and construct this
product for other than normal light or med duty tow vehicle,
then all terms & conditions of this Dream Coach warranty
will be totally null & void.
Any modifications to any Dream Coach product without prior
written consent by Dream Coach Trailers, L.L. C. will be
cause to void the product's warranty.
This product warranty is valid only within the continental
areas of the United States, Canada, and the island of Puerto
Rico and may be superseded by specific warranties to
individual products materials, parts or components. Dream
Coach Trailers, L.L.C. reserves the right to make changes in
design and engineering of its products and to make
additional improvements to its products without being
obligated to install the same on other products covered by a
Dream Coach warranty.
Any Dream Coach product with defective materials or
workmanship, as covered by this warranty agreement, must be
serviced and corrected by and thru an authorized factory
representative or by the Dream Coach Trailer manufacturer
itself. Dream Coach will not authorize any outside work
repairs, adjustments, or modifications to any product
without a prior written consent by Dream Coach Trailers,
L.L.C. and a warranty work authorization number. NO
reimbursements will be made to or for any outside warranty
work or related issues without the above mentioned written
authorization from Dream Coach Trailers, L.L.C. and then
duly noted and listed on all warranty work related
billing/invoicing documents.
Dream Coach Trailers, L.L.C. reserves the rights to decide
if the materials or workmanship should be repaired or
modified only at its factory location. Dream Coach does not
and will not allow for any reimbursement for any
transportation cost to or from any authorized place of
repair. When required photos of any defective parts or the
actual defective parts themselves may have to be returned
and accompany the warranty approval and billing before any
reimbursement can or will be made. Any parts that may need
to be returned and or inspected for warranty consideration
must be returned freight Prepaid to Dream Coach Trailers,
L.L.C. at the above posted shipping address.
Dream Coach Trailers, L.L.C. is not responsible for any type
of warranty for any paint, tape or pin stripping products
that may be used on any Dream Coach products. These specific
items are covered by the specific supplier/ manufacturer of
each of these specific products only.
Dream Coach Trailers, L.L.C. is in no way responsible for
any consequential or incidental damage that may incur as a
result of any defect, to include loss of time,
inconvenience, or loss of the use of the product or its tow
vehicle.
It is the sole responsibility of the owner/user of this
product to properly load and secure all cargo and livestock
in said product. Any and all personal property items being
loaded, hauled, or transported in this product, including
but not limited to, such items as saddles, tack, hardware,
clothing, household items, etc. are solely the user/hauler's
responsibility to secure their safety in the mobile product.
Dream Coach is NOT responsible for any damages to any
personal property.
Damage by or from improper solvents, salts, sand, weather
conditions, or acts of God are NOT covered by or under this
warranty agreement.
This warranty is NOT valid to any purchaser that knowingly
intends to use this Product for and as a Commercial hauler
product! Dream Coach Trailers, L.L.C. will warrant a
commercially used Product for a one (1) year period of time
from the purchase date of the specific Dream Coach product,
if any and all of the above stated obligations of this
warranty document are adhered to, completed, and filed as
stated.
SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH
RESPECT TO THE TRAILERS/PRODUCTS SOLD PURSUANT HERETO.
PURCHASER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR ANY DAMAGE OR
LOSS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE TRAILER/PRODUCT DUE TO
SELLER'S BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY BREACH OF
ANY OTHER DUTY, SHALL BE AT THE SELLER'S OPTION TO CORRECT
SAID PROBLEM BY EITHER REPAIRING, OR REPLACING, THE DEFECTS
IN ANY MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER
OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR PARTIES FOR ANY DIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE
OF THIS TRAILER/PRODUCT OR RISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY
WARRANTY OR FOR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY
CHARACTER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES, OR
INJURIES TO PERSONS, PROPERTY, OR LOSS OF REVENUE AND/OR ANY
OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.
WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED BY
OR UNDER THIS WARRANTY: DAMAGES DUE TO ACCIDENTS, MISUSE,
NEGLIGENCE, AND LACK OF MAINTENANCE, ALTERATIONS,
MODIFICATION, OR ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGES!
IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE WARRANTY ITEMS, THE FOLLOWING WILL
APPLY TO ALL DEALERS AND CUSTOMERS OF DREAM COACH TRAILERS,
L.L.C. ANY AND ALL REPAIRS REQUIRED WHICH ARE REQUIRED TO BE
DONE ON ANY DREAM COACH TRAILER/PRODUCT, AS A RESULT OF
FAILURE OR DEFECT OF MATERIALS, WHICH IS IN ANY WAY THE
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MANUFACTURER OF SAID TRAILER/PRODUCT,
WILL IN NO WAY BE REPAIRED OR MODIFIED BY DEALER OR
CUSTOMER. DREAM COACH PRODUCTS SHALL NOT BE REPAIRED BY OR
MODIFIED BY ANYONE WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL AND
CONSENT OF DREAM COACH TRAILERS, L.L.C. ALL REQUESTS FOR
WARRANTY WORK MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY PHOTOS OF THE DEFECTIVE
PART(S) OR THE TRAILER/PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED TO EVALUATE
THE EXACT CONDITION AND CAUSE OF THE PRODUCT'S DEFECT. DREAM
COACH TRAILERS, L.L.C. HAS THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE IF
CONDITIONS WARRANT BEING COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. IN
ADDITION, THE DEALER OR THE CUSTOMER WILL BE SOLELY
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COST OF FREIGHT OR TRANSPORTATION, IF
FOR ANY REASON DREAM COACH TRAILERS, L.L.C. DECLARES THE
CONDITION IS A NON-WARRANTED ITEM.
The Purchaser does hereby acknowledges that they have read
and received a copy of this warranty document and that the
terms and conditions of this warranty have been
understandably explained to this purchaser(s) as being
acknowledged by the below Purchaser's(s) signature(s) and
the date of and on this warranty this document.
*Reporting information of safety defects outlined on
attached addendum affidavit!
WARRANTY & SAFETY DEFECTS REPORTING ADDENDUM AFFIDAVIT
REPORTING OF SAFETY DEFECTS
IF YOU BELIEVE THAT YOUR VEHICLE HAS A DEFECT WHICH COULD
CAUSE INJURY OR DEATH, YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY INFORM THE
NATIONAL HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SAFETY ADMINISTRATION (N.H.T.S.A.)
IN ADDITION TO NOTIFYING DREAM COACH TRAILERS, L.L.C. VIA
THE BELOW LISTED CONTACT ADDRESSES & PHONE NUMBERS.
IF N.H.T.S.A. RECEIVES SIMILAR COMPLAINTS, IT MAY OPEN AN
INVESTIGATION AND IF IT SO FINDS THAT A SAFETY DEFECT EXISTS
IN A GROUP OF VEHICLES, IT MAY ORDER A RECALL AND REMEDY
CAMPAIGN. HOWEVER, N.H.T.S.A. CANNOT BECOME INVOLVED IN ANY
INDIVIDUAL DEFECTS OR PROBLEMS BETWEEN YOU, YOUR SELLING
DEALER, AND/OR DREAM COACH TRAILERS, L.L.C.
